1. How do I book you?
There are various ways to book me, either fill in the form on this website, email me, phone me or send me a message via text, messenger or Instagram @karen_daniels_pianist
2. How much room do you need?
I will need around 2 x 2 metres but I can fit into a smaller space if I'm not using my piano shell
3. Can you play outside?
Yes, weather permitting and I have a power socket handy
4. Can you move from one room to another?
Yes, my piano is portable so easily moved
5. Can I choose the music?
Yes, I have an extensive repertoire to choose from but I also offer a bespoke service so can learn new songs providing I can get the sheet music
6. What's the difference between a wedding pianist and a pianist?
A wedding pianist will play music with a romantic theme and play a wide range of music to suit all ages and tastes whereas a pianist might play long classical pieces of music or jazz solos that wouldn't be suitable for your guests
7. Is it cheaper to get married in the week?
Unfortunately, my prices remain the same throughout all the days of the week
8. Can my guests request songs from the pianist on the day?
Yes of course, as long as they are in my repertoire
9. Do you have any insurance?
Yes I have Public Liability Insurance, a copy of this will be sent to the venue prior to your wedding
10. Is your equipment PAT tested?
Yes, again a copy of this will be sent to the venue prior to your wedding
11. How many songs will I need to choose for the drinks reception?
I generally recommend around 24
12. How many songs will I need for the wedding breakfast?
I generally recommend around 34
13. Do you take any breaks?
I usually have a quick break whilst moving my piano during the different parts of the day but not during the drinks reception and wedding breakfast
14. My venue already has a piano can you use it?
Yes of course providing its in tune and has been used regularly
